We were busy in the interval between Christmas & New Year editing all our prices so that when the extra 2.5 per cent VAT was added, the resulting price was exactly the same as we were charging before the VAT increase! So that’s quite a lot of work so that our customers don’t have to pay more.
You see. We genuinely believe in Customer Service. So we don’t have flaky ‘offers’ that actually cost you more, or crash the site etc. We don’t have any ‘hidden’ charges. We don’t have expensive ‘PR’ companies. We don’t have investors waiting for a return ..
